Very thought-provoking article. You are right that while well-intentioned, trying to similarly generalize antisemitism into something as simple as things like "jealousy" is lazy and unproductive. It not only doesn't speak to the interlocutor but it just pushes him further into nonsense than being nuanced and explaining in depth the logical flaws behind his reasoning and, where applicable, where the facts are mistaken.
I’m grateful for your self-reflection and appreciate that you are humble and are willing to use your mistakes to help others. ✨ Thank you…I’m looking forward to seeing how you continue make a positive impact as you learn and grow.
Even the Iraq war - which is probably the best example where a strong Jewish-Israeli interest was at play with the neocons - it wasn't possible without the complicity of a slew of Gentiles: Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Powell, Rice, Tenet, etc. Without them, it doesn't happen.
Among the general population, American Jews were less likely to support the war than non-Jews, proving that a small cabal of Jews at the top can do something without the approval of most Jews among the populace.
Holding all Jews accountable for the neocons is no more rational than holding all Texans responsible for Bush.

All the best.
Antisemitism is the sacred belief system of antisemites.
Incredible piece. I think you are correct.
